How smartflows work

1. Getting started

Get started quickly with predefined templates or build your own workflows from scratch. Workflows can be started by an employee as part of an internal process or initiated by the customer from your website in a white-label environment.

2. Create a dynamic document

Create dynamic documents that utilise data from within the SmartFlow or from external data sources, such as a company registry. Then choose the right signature based on the internal and external requirements for each document.

3. Collaborate with others

Bring partners to the table and link more than one workflow together to make connected workflows even more user-friendly. Perfect for government processes that require data to be sent to more than one institution.

4. Editable workflow

Analyse your workflows and improve them based on user input to make them even smoother. Workflows can be edited at any time by a member of your team. Test your workflows before publishing them to the public to ensure the user experience is optimal.

5. Status updates with activity log

The activity log provides a complete overview of each document, allowing you to track the authentication and signing process and send reminders to signees to finish the signing process. Documents are delivered via email or directly to your document management system.
