Drop & Sign is an intuitive drag-and-drop e-signature solution that works for any and all PDF files. Simply add a recipient or multiple recipients, attach a PDF, and then hit send. Drop & Sign also allows you to track the progress of documents awaiting signatures and send automated or manual reminders.
Taktikal solutions do not require document signees to sign up or register an account to sign your documents.

Simply drag and drop a ready-to-sign PDF document into Drop & Sign. You can choose to send one or multiple documents in one go.
Choose a document recipient from a list of known contacts or add a new contact. Contact can be shared at the organisation level or per user.
Choose whether to send the signing process via email or text message, and document recipients will receive a link to start the signing process. You can also customise the message attached to the signing process to introduce and explain the reason for the signing request.
Document recipients receive an email or text message containing a customizable message and a link to the signing process. All the necessary tools and instructions are provided within the UI to sign the document electronically. Additionally, signees can select from nine different UI languages.
Send documents to anyone and anywhere
Drop & Sign supports both Advanced signatures and Standard signatures. Signature types are freely interchangeable, depending on the requirements of each unique document.
Advanced signatures provide built-in signee authentication for greater trust and enhanced security. By choosing Advanced signatures, document signees are required to authenticate themselves using facial recognition and government-issued identification from over 230 countries.
With Standard signatures, two-factor authentication ensures only the intended signee is able to sign the document. Standard signatures provide a familiar and streamlined digital signing process for when enhanced authentication is not required.

Documents can be sent for signature directly from your own systems, and after signing, the documents and related metadata can be automatically sent back to the document system.
