You can set up Taktikal SmartFlows from one of the many templates available or build your own processes from scratch. It is easy to get started and you can adjust Taktikal SmartFlows at any time.

Can I check the status of a flow or document?

Yes, in the activity log in Taktikal you can review the status of all flows and documents that have been sent.

How does the customers start the flow?

You can embed your flow right into your website so your customer can start the flow themselves at anytime or you can start the flow from the Taktikal portal and send it directly to your customer.

Where does the data and signed documents live?

Taktikal stores signed documents for 30 days only. All signed documents are delivered to you via email but it is also possible to integrate directly with your file system for easy delivery.
